  • If you book more than 60 days before your stay<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • We ask you for a 30% deposit to reserve your stay<\/li>\n \t
      • 60 days before the stay we will ask you to pay the balance of 70% to confirm your booking<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        • If you book 60 days or less before your stay<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            • We ask you to pay your stay in full to confirm your booking<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nCancellation conditions<\/strong>\n

              • Up to 61 days before the stay, we will refund your deposit free of charge<\/li>\n \t
              • From 60 days before the stay and up to 31 days before the stay we will refund 50% of the amounts paid<\/li>\n \t
